Epicor Implementation Consultant (Remote/Travel)

Our client, a leading ERP consulting firm, is seeking Epicor Consultants for both part-time and full-time roles to support their growing customer base across North America. Specializing in Epicor ERP solutions, customizations, and business process improvements, this organization offers diverse project opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
As an Epicor Implementation Consultant, you will help clients optimize business processes, implement Epicor ERP solutions, and provide ongoing support. Location: This role involves both remote and travel for on-site work.
Key Responsibilities may include:- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, providing expert-level support
- Conduct ERP module training sessions and user workshops
- Assist with data migration and system configuration
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Provide change management guidance during ERP implementations
- Maintain or pursue Epicor certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Experience working with Epicor ERP (Epicor 9, 10, or Kinetic)
- Prior experience as an Epicor ERP Consultant or working within an Epicor environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
