Epicor Kinetic Specialist We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Specialist to optimize workflows, enhance ERP data integrity, and drive Epicor system efficiency. This role bridges business users, IT, and manufacturing teams to improve system functionality and support data-driven decisions. - Configure and maintain Epicor Kinetic to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and design optimized workflows.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
- Conduct system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and train end-users on best practices.
- Stay updated on Epicor features and implement enhancements.
- Manage vendor relations for system updates and integrations.
- Ensure standardization and data quality across multiple locations.
- 5+ years of Epicor ERP / Kinetic experience.
- Ability to configure / customize Epicor Kinetic Modules.
- Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and creating custom reports/dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel locally as needed
