Join our client's growing team as a Prophet 21 Business Analyst and act as the subject matter expert for Epicor Prophet 21. You'll support users, resolve issues, and drive system optimization to align with business goals. This remote role collaborates closely with stakeholders to enhance processes, data integration, reporting, and warehouse operations.

- Provide end-user support , technical troubleshooting, and P21 training.
- Analyze and document business processes to improve system alignment.
- Ensure data integrity through integration and migration support.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for operational insights.
- Recommend and implement P21 optimizations across the business.
- 5+ years of Epicor P21 experience .
- Strong P21 support and business analysis skills.
- Experience in distribution/supply chain environments.
- SQL and integration tools knowledge preferred.
- SSRS for reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
