Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst
to optimize and enhance the recently implemented Epicor Kinetic system.
This role acts as the primary liaison between business units and IT, gathering requirements, driving system improvements, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements across supply chain and finance.
- Develop a functional roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Optimize workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Manage backlog, prioritize development tasks, and oversee user acceptance testing.
- Ensure data governance, release communication, and change management.
- Create dashboards and reports to support business insights.
- Serve as the internal Epicor Kinetic expert, working with the IT team to managing upgrades, enhancements, and customizations for the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of ERP project experience, with Epicor Kinetic expertise.
- Background in product ownership, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, finance, manufacturing and Epicor ERP integration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
